Calling all former students of Parkfields Middle School in Toddington – the school’s 50th anniversary celebrations are approaching.

On Saturday, April 27, there will be an ‘open school’ event, with guided tours, 50 years of photographs, memorabilia including old school work, recorded memories of pupils past and present, displays of the decades, old uniforms and a music ensemble featuring pupils past and present. Souvenir programmes will be available and refreshments will be on sale.

The evening will see a hog roast and ‘memories disco’ from 7pm to 11.30pm, with music from across the decades, a license bar, and raffle.
