Latest planning applications which have been submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council include the following:

DUNSTABLE: Ground floor rear extension, 7 Chichester Close.

Proposed new build C2 use care home facility and upgrade of existing access road, Dukeminster Estate (South East Corner), Church Street.

Reserved matters – erection of one detached dwelling with a garage (approved on application 09/6326/OUT), 21 Priory Road.

First floor change of use to four residential studio flats, 12-14 High Street South.

Conversion of integral garage to living area, 150 Victoria Street.

HOUGHTON REGIS: Attached house with two car parking bays (resubmission of application 12/3822), land adjacent to 11 Moore Crescent.

Demolition of unsafe existing buildings, 74-76 High Street.

TILSWORTH: Construction of a stable block, for equestrian purposes.

No alterations to a listed building planned, Tilsworth Stud Farm, Stanbridge Road.

TODDINGTON: Extension to front dormer, 11 Orchard Close.
