Van collided with a tree

A man died when a van went off the road and hit a tree in Studham on Saturday evening. The 30-year-old victim, from Amersham, Bucks, had been driving a white Citroen Dispatch van.

He was driving along Dunstable Road at 6.30pm, heading south, when the accident happened, 300m from the junction with Church Road. Police said the van somehow left the road on a bend and collided with a tree.

The driver was pronounced dead by paramedics. No-one else was in the vehicle.
