Meet jolly visitor in his grotto

Santa will be flying into Dunstable this weekend to meet good little boys and girls at his town centre grotto.

This year, his grotto is in a vacant unit near Boots, in The Quadrant shopping centre.

And he will be there on Saturday, November 29, from 10am to 1pm, and from 2pm to 4.30pm.

From then on, the grotto will be open at those times every Saturday and Wednesday before Christmas - apart from December 17, when it will be closed for the day.

On Christmas Eve, Santa will be there only in the morning, as he has a busy time ahead of him that night.

The grotto is organised by the Scout Fellowship and the Friends of Scouting.

Entry is £2.50, which includes gifts, and there will also be a display of toys for sale.

Cash raised will be used to benefit the Scouting movement.

The organisers would like to thank The Quadrant team for generously allowing them to use the vacant unit at no charge, and for all their help.
