Defending champions Lutonian moved up to third in the Bedfordshire County League Premier Division with a 42-run defeat of second place Leighton Buzzard on Sunday.
Aqab Ahmed was the matchwinner for Lutonian as he followed his 44-ball 77 with 2-10 from seven overs as Buzzard fell short of their target.
Batting first, Lutonian amassed 260-9 from their 46 overs. Muhammad Asif Hussain, 64, and Ahmed were chief contributors with the Buzzard attack sharing the wickets around.
In reply, James Bishop and Tom Light made 44 and 42 respectively but it proved in vain as Ahmed, Asif Khan, 3-43, and Ahtzaz Ahmed, 2-28, kept the home side in check.
Luton Town & Indians slumped to a 36-run reverse at the hands of Clifton.
Shazad Malik dominated the Clifton innings, hitting 90 out of their 182-9. Wakar Ali was the pick of the Town bowlers with 2-25.
Town were then bowled out for 146 as Aihsan Ali, 4-25, and Amir Gulzar, 3-31, got to work. Haesah Cooray top-scored for Town with 37.
Dunstable had a good day as they coasted to a seven-wicket victory against Flitwick.
Andrew Hicks made an unbeaten 55 as Flitwick totalled 198-7 before the pair of Martin Searle and Guy Hill produced innings of 52 and 53 respectively to steer the hosts home with plenty of time to spare.
In Division One, Matt Puffetts' 70 wasn't enough to prevent Dunstable IIs from going down by 65 runs to Caldecote.
Set 258 to win, Dunstable were bowled out for 192 in the 41st over.
Lutonian IIs got the better of Eversholt in Division Two, winning by five wickets.
Eversholt made 179-5, a total Lutonian passed with half of their wickets still in hand.
Luton Town & Indians IIs disposed of Clifton IIs fairly comfortably as they recorded a 124-run success in Division Three.
Ronald Malambo struck an unbeaten 87 and David Morgan Junior 43 in Town's 255-6 before Isher Panesar took 5-26 as Clifton were dismissed for 131.
Town IIIs went down by 87 runs against Blunham IIs in Division Four.
Blunham made 268-7, C Brown hitting 93, and although Raja Asar scored 73, Town could only muster 181.
Dunstable IIIs crushed Caldecote IIs by 257 runs.
Declan Hall and Shoiab Rashid hit maiden senior fifties and Paul Tanko weighed in with 79 as Dunstable racked up an imposing 350-9.
In reply, Caldecote could only reach a paltry 93.
In Saracens Herts League Division One, Dunstable's batting failed them again on Saturday as they lost to leaders Knebworth Park by three wickets.
Dunstable struggled to 122 and although they made Knebworth work for their victory, the pacesetters edged home at 124-7.
Luton Town & Indians staggered past Northwood Town in Division Two, winning by two wickets.
Nitin Parsooth took 4-29 as Northwood made 136-9, Rohan Lee making 62, and despite a few scares, Town reached 141-8 with Cooray scoring 41.
In Division Four, Harpenden IIIs beat Dunstable IIs by five wickets.
Colin Tibbetts, 77, was the standout performance in Dunstable's 176-9, a target Harpenden reached with five wickets down.
Rain brought a premature end to Luton Town & Indians IIs' Division Five clash with Bayford & Hertford.
Arshad Dalvi, 68, and Malambo, 41, led the way for Town as they totalled 223.
Mushfique Ahmed then took 4-31 to reduce Bayford to 135-6 when the weather intervened.
Tony Hurst's 92 couldn't prevent Dunstable IIIs from a five-wicket defeat against Harpenden IVs in Division Seven, while in Division Nine, Sulmena Khan's unbeaten 81 steered Luton Town & Indians IIIs to a nine-wicket victory against Bayford & Hertford IIs.
Dunstable IVs drew with West Herts in Division Ten, falling 18 runs short with Paul Gilbert making 69, while in Division Twelve, rain forced Luton Town & Indians IVs' game with Met Police Bushey to be abandoned with the Police 64 runs from victory with six wickets in hand.
Hexton went down to Old Cholmeleians IIs by four wickets in Division Seven. Hexton were dismissed for 165 before Cholmeleians responded with 166-4.
In Division Eleven, Pirton crushed Hertford IVs by 110 runs, bowling them out for 59 after making 169-9.
