Emanuel and Davis both out for Quakers visit
Injuries continue to limit Luton manager's Mick Harford's options ahead of the visit of Darlington to Kenilworth Road tomorrow.

Captain Kevin Nicholls is still out, striker Sam Parkin will not be back in full training until Monday, while most recent crocks Sol Davis and Lewis Emanuel are both sidelined.

The only bright spots are that right-back Ed Asafu-Adjaye and winger Marc Pugh are both available for selection.

Harford said: Sol and Lewis won't be available tomorrow. Lewis has had a scan and could be long term. Sol is running at the moment so hopefully he won't be long.

"Ed will play tomorrow, he is fit, he is OK. We just decided to bring him off at half time (against Brentford]. It was a little bit of protection because we knew he would be available for the game.

"Sam will start back in full training on Monday. Kevin Nicholls has been to see a consultant and he won't be available for this weekend, but hopefully next weekend."

And Harford was adament that the Hatters need to win their next two games, starting with Darlington tomorrow.

He said: "They've got the some form as us. They've scored more goal but their away record isn't great.

"It's imperative we get three points. I've set the players a target of six points from the next two games.

"Draws are no good to us. The last two games, Chester and Bradford, we deserved to win both of them. It's vital we start winning games.

Winger Tristan Plummer, meanwhile, has returned to Bristol City and Harford is now undecided about the future of Shrewsbury loan star Pugh as he has been frustrated in his bid to sign a loan striker.

Harford added: "We are close to bringing someone in. Hopefully early next week we will have someone here.

"Tristan Plummer has returned to Bristol City and I thank Gary Johnson for his kindness. They let us have him free.

"Marc Pugh is fit and available and it's his last game tomorrow. I will speak to him about the future. We have five players on loan at the moment but I need to bring a striker in."
