Lisa Roberts Catering opened its doors to the public on Saturday, January 17, in Ashton Square.

The business is owned by Lisa and Lee Roberts, the couple were joined by South West Beds MP Andrew Selous to open the shop.

They cater for weddings, funerals and canapé receptions, they also cater for companies in the Home Counties with cold and hot food.

Lee Roberts said: “We wanted to open a high street shop where you can come in and sit while discussing your catering/event needs,

“Our place is dedicated to showing customers how we do our catering.

“From BBQ’s to buffets or three course meals in marquees or your home, we cover it all.

“We have a real passion for customer service and making sure we continue to improve on the last plate we served.”

Mrs Roberts set up the business in 2006 at the Dunstable Downs Golf Club after working in the hotel business.

Her husband joined in 2012 and set up the outside catering part of the business.
