Teenage girl flees after harassment from man in Dunstable

A teenage girl had an unpleasant encounter on the streets of Dunstable after being harassed by a fully grown man.

The 17-year-old was in Olma Road when a man approached her at about 11.15am on Thursday (24 March).

He then began harassing her and took hold of her arm before she managed to run off.

The man is described as white, in his late 30s or early 40s, slim, approximately six foot with a crooked nose. He was wearing a black baseball cap, khaki green jacket with a red stripe across the shoulder and was carrying a small rucksack.

DC Ben Stone said: “This was an unpleasant incident for the teenager involved and we are keen to trace the man as soon as possible.”
