Latest planning applications which have been submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council include the following.

DUNSTABLE: Two-storey side extension over garage and flat to pitched roof extension to front and rear, 75 Kirkstone Drive; single-storey rear extension, 8 Evelyn Road.

HOUGHTON REGIS: Extension to the tray return dock and partial removal of the right-hand splay to facilitate safe vehicular. The removal of the existing tree and associated landscaping will be reinstated to a standard beyond existing condition. Both points seek to provide better access and visibility to Unit 31, location is Unit 31, Humphrys Road.

KENSWORTH: Demolition of side extension, infill of front porch, single-storey rear extension. Replacement first floor and first floor extension, rebuild of garden room/conservatory, roof alterations and fenestration alterations, Grasmere, Hollicks Lane.

STUDHAM: Extension to existing cellar to form store and glass wash area, Studham Sports And Social Club, Studham Playing Field, Clements End Road.

TODDINGTON: Two-storey rear extension, 68 Dunstable Road; erection of rear extension, 5 Manor Road.
