Businesses can cut absences and save money

editorial image

A new scheme has been launched to offer health and safety advice to businesses in a bid to reduce the £41milion a year lost in Central Beds due to work-related illness and injury.

Estates Excellence is a partnership of large businesses, insurers, fire, police and health services providing free advice and training. The scheme will assist small businesses in Dunstable to identify improvements that can be made to reduce absences, perform efficiently and save money.

All local businesses are invited to be part of the initiative and benefit from the free advice and training.
