The store manager of Thomas Cook in Dunstable played a big part in the Olympic Games this month.

Clare Hayward was called upon day and night after her training programme at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium.

Claire said: “This is an event that doesn’t happen very often in the UK so it is an experience that will always be in my memory.”
