Helicopter helps police track man

THE police helicopter was used to assist officers in the Dunstable area late on Monday night, August 6.

Passers-by spotted the helicopter in action in the High Street North area.

Police say that the chopper was called on just before 11.30pm to help track a driver who was on foot at the time.

It is understood that the man was sought for allegedly failing to stop when required to do so by police.

One man was arrested.
