Men charged over football violence

A number of men from Luton and Dunstable have been charged over violence before a football match in Lincoln.
Trouble flared before the match between Lincoln City and Luton on October 6, starting in a pub and spilling out into the street.
Furniture and glasses were thrown and two women were treated in hospital for minor injuries.
Those charged are Dennis Edwards, 52, of Allenby Avenue, Dunstable, with a Section 4 public order offence; Michael Dolan, 50, of Marsh Lane, Luton, with a Section 4 public order offence;
Andrew Leach, 49, of Cutler’s Green, Luton, with violent disorder; Gary Crocker, 53, of Lalleford Road, Luton, with violent disorder.
They will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on March 1.
