Paralympic Torch comes to town

A special event at a Dunstable store this week will give shoppers a hands-on experience of what it was like to be a Paralympic torchbearer.

For a real Paralympic Torch will be brought to Sainsbury’s on Friday, October 5.

And there will be a chance for both shoppers and staff to have their photographs taken with the torch.

It is scheduled to remain on show at the store, in Luton Road, from 9.30am-11.30am.

Customers are welcome to take along their own cameras and mobile phones to have themselves pictured with the torch.
