Latest planning applications to Central Beds Council include:
DUNSTABLE: Alterations to shop display windows, 9-11 West Street; erection of two-storey side extension and front canopy (resubmission of application 12/2798/Full), 59 Suncote Avenue; proposed bike shelter, Central Bedfordshire College, Kingsway; fire escape to two upper floors, 59 High Street South.
Application to convert the first and second floor of the building, the lawful use of which is A2 (employment agency) into two one-bedroom flats. There are minor structural changes for layout purposes, installation of new stud walls, fire alarm, electrics, plumbing and kitchen and bathroom suites. The access to the first and second floors remains unchanged, there are no alterations to hard standings or means of enclosure. Similarly drainage is only altered internally, 38-40 High Street South.

WHIPSNADE: Demolition of existing dwelling and replacement with a new four-bedroom chalet bungalow, Holland Cottage, The Green; demolition of existing cottage, garage and outbuildings and erection of replacement dwelling, Bennetts Cottage, The Green.
