If tons of magic, plenty of comedy, a touch of soul and a host of groundbreaking works sound just up your street, then Dunstable Grove Theatre’s Spring Season 2015 will suit you down to the front row of the stalls.
First class comedians will be banishing those winter blues with their particular brand of humour.
You won’t want to miss QI’s resident dunderhead Alan Davies, who’ll have you in stitches with his irresistable combination of virtuoso story telling and whip-smart funny bones.
Then there’s Live at the Grove, a stellar line-up of four comedians who deliver four times the laughter for a fraction of the price.
Make having a laugh a regular occurrence at Barnstormers Comedy Nights – an intimate setting, and right on your doorstep.
The Grove is also introducing its first ever drama season with thrillers like Stone Cold Murder and The Ghost Train to keep you on the edge of your seat. But there’s also Alan Ayckbourn’s classic Table Manners and whip-cracking entertainment with 69 Shades of Black from local lass Faye Tozer.
Kids are also well catered for – they’ll be enchanted by Cirque Spectacular, iMagician! and familiar favourites such as Basil Brish and Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom.
Veteran rockers will step back in time with That’ll be the Day, the Illegal Eagles and The Johnny Cash Roadshow. In addition, there’s Chas and Dave’s 50th anniversary with new renditions of rockney classics, while dance lovers will thrill to Ballet Theatre UK’s spellbinding Aladdin.
