There was an information stall for customers to learn more about Tony’s campaign.

Banita Mistry, regional fundraiser for Keech, said: “Thank you to everyone at Tesco for supporting Keech Hospice Care and fundraising a grand total of £1050 for the Pay For An Angel campaign.

“The staff had so many utterly brilliant fundraising ideas and have raised a huge amount of money. Many people are surprised to hear that we are a charity and rely on the public for 70% of our income.

“Thanks to the support from Tesco we can continue to provide the services we do here at Keech Hospice Care and make a real difference to the patients and families that use them.
