Luton Town defender Fraser Franks has confirmed he won’t be at Kenilworth Road next season.
The 24-year-old was one of six players put on the transfer list today by Hatters manager John Still, who also released another seven.
Franks was restricted to 34 games since signing from Welling in January 2014, playing just 17 times this season, his last appearance coming during the 3-2 defeat against Wycombe Wanderers in March.
Although still having another year left on his deal, Franks expects to leave this summer as writing on Twitter, he said: “Thanks to everybody at Luton Town. “I’m still under contract but I’ve played my last game for the club and will move on in the summer.
“Got some unbelievable memories winning promotion last year and all that came with it but I need to move on and get back to enjoying my football.
“I’ve had some great support since I’ve been here and met some real good people. I wish the club all the best for the future. Lets see what the next chapter brings...”
