Dunstable boxer Liam Conroy has signed a three year contract with Goodwin Promotions.
The 36-year-old will now be in the same stable as fellow Luton boxers Kay Prosper and Linus Udofia.
Promoter Steve Goodwin broke the news, tweeting: “Delighted to confirm I have this morning signed tough journeymen Liam Conroy on a three year contract.”
Conroy has boxed twice already this month, losing on points to Josh Goodwin and Charlie Beardon at York Hall.
It takes his overall record to 11 defeats from 12 fights, but only three of them have been by knock outs.
The veteran has already been booked for his next bout too, travelling to the Kings Hall in Stoke-on-Trent to take on debutante Josh Groombridge on April 30.
