Luton boxer Jordan Reynolds enjoyed a unanimous points decision victory over Ermal Dida at Bedford Park Inn Hotel last week.
The Lutonian’s opponent from Bedford ABC tried to put the pressure on, but Reynolds was too classy with his shot selection and dominated with his jab to land some powerful body shots.
Reynolds, who is sponsored by the Car Buying shop in Dunstable, said: “He is rated highly around the home counties, but I got in there with extreme confidence as I had about 60 to 70 supporters from Luton come and back me.
“As I got in the ring he was smiling and looked like he thinking what is this young 19-year-old doing in the ring with me, as he is a 22-year-old man.
“But I took that smile off his face, dominated every round and gave him a real boxing lesson.
“It was a great performance for the start of the season and my managers and coaches were so happy as they couldn’t give me any faults. I stuck to the game plan perfectly.”
