There’s a treat in store for all those who love the smell of the greasepaint and the roar of the crowd – Circus Wonderland is at Stockwood Park next week.

It’s a world of thrills and spills and perilous presentations that will have hearts and pulses racing – as well as a spellbinding mix of colour and laughter to enchant audiences of all ages.

Starring the award-winning Popolino clowns and a line-up of top international artists, the show also features amazing acrobat Devid Adam, appearing in the UK for the first time, as well as the Ukrainian Duo Davtyan, a husband-and-wife combo with high flying skills.

Then there’s Angel Bojilov who simultaneously juggles, balances objects on her head and spins plates on a stick – while perching precariously on a slack wire.

Duo Stefaneli will invade the big top in their glittering spaceship and undertake death defying exploits in a breathtaking out-of-this-world fantasy.

And not forgetting of course lovable mascots Bertie the Bear and Ernie the Elephant

Circus Wonderland is the creation of siblings Peter and Grace Arnett and Popolino clowns Kriss Freear and Paul Carpenter.

The Arnetts’ grandfather, Peter Snr, was very friendly with legendary circus impresario Billy Smart, and this is where the family’s love affair with the big top began.
