If you fancy taking part in a production on a West End-sized stage, then sashay on down to auditions at the Grove Theatre in Dunstable on Sunday, May 18.

They’re revamping their summer musical project to offer more specialist training and experience to seven to 21-year-olds, allowing a lucky selection of wannabe stars a chance to take part in a full scale musical theatre production.

The auditions are split into three – ages seven to 14, 14 t0 21 and with a separate section for musicians.

There are also places available for those more interested in behind-the-scenes and technical elements.

There’s a one week course centred on the new musical Insectzz! for seven to 14-year-olds while the older group can audition for the dark and mysterious Stephen Sondheim musical Into the Woods.

There are opportunities to play various musical instruments but Grade 6 or above is a prerequisite.
