Adrian Rogers, CEO of the Chiltern Learning Trust, said: "At Putteridge High School, we have been immensely pleased in the way that our year 11 students have conducted themselves throughout this unique period of uncertainty.

"This pandemic has taken so much from them, so we are delighted that they were able to get the results that they deserve from the professionals who know them best - their teachers.

"We have a tradition of strong results at Putteridge High and this year is no different.

"As a result of rigorous, robust and fair school and Trust processes we followed when determining centre assessed grades, we can all take pride in this year's results as they have continued that pattern of improving standards.

"Indeed, we are delighted to say that we are now reaping the rewards of five years of immense hard work and dedication from students and staff - achieving results that any school would be proud of.

"All of our students thoroughly deserve these accurate grades and assessments. None more so than Vivin Thamaraikannan who achieved Grade 9s in every subject and Oliwia Franczak who achieved 9s and 8s in all of her subjects.

"We are also amazed by the exceptional progress made by Mate Pasztoralis and Katie Tearle. These are only four students from within a year group that we are incredibly proud of, we wish them all well and know they will go on to do exceptional things in the future.!
