“We hope the group will enable them to share, listen and to give and receive mutual support.”

It’s aimed at adults who will meet for seven sessions every other week starting at the end of April.

Each session will be headed by trained and experienced Cruse supporters who have worked on a one-to-one basis and within groups with people bereaved by suicide.

They will guide the sessions but the greatest help often comes from other who have been through the same experience.

Anyone interested in joining the group will be invited to meet the facilitator first so that they can ask questions and decide together whether a group experience is right for them.
