Auditions for musical

The famous West Side Story is being staged at The Grove Theatre, Dunstable, on March 11, and auditions for the production are taking place now.

Luton Light are creating a concert production of Leonard Bernstein’s musical masterpiece, featuring a 27-piece orchestra and the area’s leading singers.

The musical is a modern-day Romeo and Juliet tale of two youngsters from rival NYC gangs who fall in love.

Most Popular

Theatre company Luton Light is one of the oldest in the town, having been founded in 1949.

They stage two or three productions in Luton and Dunstable each year and have performed many of the most popular musicals ever written from A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum to The Wizard Of Oz.
