The four artists – Zane Aldere, Liva Cabule, Nelda Karklina and Laima Vanaga – are exhibiting four prints each on the theme of Transition.

Colin Davies, head of art and design, said: “Today printmaking belongs to worlds of both design and art and this exhibition brings together these two, often conflicting, disciplines.”

Members of the public are invited to the exhibition opening from 6pm until 8pm this evening, where there will be Latvian food, beer and music.
