Airline flies to Austrian city

LUTON budget airline easyJet has launched a new service to Austrian city Salzburg.

The service, which will fly twice weekly, is a popular destination for alpine skiers and the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

The airline’s commercial manager Hugh Aitken said: ““We’re pleased to be launching this new Winter service from London Luton Airport. Forward bookings have proved that this new route is a popular choice with our customers. Salzburg offers the best of both worlds for those looking for a ski or city break and has an interesting history and heritage.”
