Budget survey on services

WHICH council services do you value most? Central Bedfordshire Council is asking residents where they feel savings could be made in a budget survey.

The local authority is consulting with the public as it begins its budget and council tax setting process for 2012/2013, in which the efforts to tackle the national deficit continue.

Councillor Maurice Jones, deputy leader of the council, said: “In creating this survey, we want all residents in Central Bedfordshire to fully engage with us, to show how they feel about the services we provide and the budget we are responsible for.”
