Flasher strikes three times in Houghton Regis

Police are investigating three reports of a man flashing in Houghton Regis.

On three occasions in recent weeks a man matching the same description has been reported to expose himself to residents.

At around 11.30pm on Saturday, May 28 the man approached a house in Bloomsbury Gardens and indecently exposed himself to the occupant through the window.

A similar incident happened on Thursday, May 26 at around 11.50pm in Westminster Gardens and on Monday, May 16 at around 11.45pm in Trident Drive.

The man is described as white, in his 30s and of average build. He was last seen wearing a khaki coloured jacket and a black hat. He is also been known to wear a dark baseball hat and a navy tracksuit.

PC Daniel O’Mahoney said: “The behaviour of this man is unacceptable and we are urging anyone with information that could help us find him to come forward.

“Nobody should be subjected to such behaviour and we are committed to putting a stop to it. Anyone that has witnessed suspicious activity or has seen a man in the area matching this description is asked to get in touch immediately.”
