Man left with serious injuries after collision in Luton

Officers investigating a collision in Luton yesterday (Tuesday), which left one person with serious injuries, are appealing for witnesses.

At 9.27am, police were called to reports of a collision between a blue Nissan Micra and a white Volkswagen Crafter van on Newbold Road.

Emergency services attended and one man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

PC Christopher Dougherty said: “We are appealing for witnesses to the collision and for anyone who may have dash cam footage from the area to come forward, as this could help with our enquiries.”
