“Atul was truly loved by all his family and friends.

“We are desperately seeking answers. We urge anyone with any information to come forward as soon as possible.”

Detective Inspector Justine Jenkins, senior investigating officer for the case, added: “As it’s the week anniversary of Mr Shah’s death, we’re urging people to cast their minds back if they were in the area at the time, to see if they can remember anything out of the ordinary.

“We’re also still keen to hear from any of Mr Shah’s friends who have not yet been spoken to by police, as this may help us further in establishing the circumstances around his tragic death.

“We are certain that someone somewhere has the information we need to help us find out what happened to Mr Shah and ensure that justice is done, so I would once again urge them to get in touch.”
