Police descend on Luton street as three people detained
A number police cars attended a Luton street this afternoon and detained three people.

The incident took place at Leyhill Drive in Luton at around 2.30pm and police have since stood down.
A Beds Police spokesman said: "Police stopped a vehicle in Leyhill Drive, Luton today (Tuesday) as part of an ongoing investigation.
"Three people were detained, and searches were carried out, but the scene has now been stood down, and no further action is being taken."
