Police are appealing for help to trace a man with Luton links who is wanted in connection to an assault.

Hertfordshire Police are hunting for Stephen Lowe, 56, of Watford, who could be in the Luton area.

Anyone with information is asked to report it by calling 101 – or 999 if you have seen in in the last few minutes – quoting 41/99109/22.
