The victim, a man in his 20s, suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries as a result of the incident in Shaftesbury Road on Saturday, May 2.
Shafran Hasan, 20, of Carol Close, Luton, has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. He has been remanded in custody.
Huzaifah Ahmed, 20, of Malvern Road, Luton, has been charged with wounding with intent in connection to the incident, and has been bailed with conditions.
