Cruse needs volunteers
The charity that supports the bereaved in Bedfordshire is looking for people to train as support volunteers.
Demand for the service is increasing and more volunteers are needed urgently, particularly in Luton as well as Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Flitwick and Biggleswade.
The next Awareness in Bereavement Care course starts at St John’s Hospice in Moggerhanger in April and runs on two Saturdays a month until July.

Hide AdNo formal qualifications are needed, just a desire to help and a willingness to learn.
The course is run by people who have experience both professionally and as volunteers and there is an option to gain external accreditation.
