Dunelm celebrates store expansion

Dunelm has expanded and refurbished its store and was officially opened on Friday by the town Mayor,

The Dunstable store invited Mayor Liz Jones to reveal the new store to the shoppers.

Dunelm sells bedding, curtains, soft furnishings, kitchen equipment and homeware.

The new shopping floor spans 17,500 feet, there is a new Pausa coffee shop and the car park has been redesigned offering 160 parking spaces.

Town Mayor Liz Jones said: “What an amazing transformation!

“It is a privilege to be here opening the refurbished store.

“In just a few weeks Dunelm has transformed this retail space, increasing its sales lines and providing a greater shopping experience for its customers.

“It is great to see Dunelm continuing to invest in our town.”

The Luton Road store has opened new furniture, rug, lighting, dorma living and kids living departments.

There is also a Made To Measure Area within Window Treatment, allowing customers to purchase bespoke curtains and blinds.
