I have now been sharing my thoughts with you for quite a few weeks and have to say whilst thecreative process can feel liberating… it is also quite exhausting! So, to give us all a rest I was thinking of taking a trip… Around the World!

Since September 2015 when it was agreed by Dunstable Town Council to bring back the Around the World event, I have had my bags packed at the ready. Created in 2014 as a one off, due to your overwhelming feedback, this event is back for good.

So on Saturday May 14, Priory Gardens in Dunstable will be enriched with culture, diversity and traditions from all over the world, bringing them together for one unique day with no air miles involved!

This year the entertainment is incredible and the events team have spent months getting local groups and clubs involved. To give you a sneak preview, attractions will include Welwyn Garden City Samba Troup, Indian Dhol Drummers, above, a Reptile Show and a Didgeridoo taster session!

Take away a special souvenir by learning something new or bring back wonderful memories, being reminded of your own travels.

Where else could you experience all this without your passport?
