Find out about train pain with Twitter hashtag
INFORMATION about delays on First Capital Connect train services can now be found using a Twitter ‘hashtag’.
By searching #FccDelay, commuters can see at a glance all questions and answers shared by FCC with customers about problems with services on the Thameslink route.
Last week company bosses described a customer satisfaction score on how they dealt with delays as “pretty pathetic”.
Keith Jipps, FCC Customer Service Director, said: “This will help people see in one place what is going on without having to ask a question themselves and help passengers share information.”
