Inquest opened into train line death
A MAN killed when he was hit by a train on Wednesday (December 28) has been named as 23-year-old Kyle Mackenzie.
Mr Mackenzie, of Beechwood Road, Luton, was pronounced dead at Harlington Station after he was hit by a fast East Midlands train just before 5.30pm.
An inquest into his death was opened at Dunstable Coroner’s Court on Friday and adjourned to a later date.
