Kate raises hospice profile in first video
Keech Hospice Care is hoping to raise its profile and boost fundraising – thanks to support from the Duchess of Cambridge, patron of East Anglia Children’s Hospices.
Kate, who is expecting her first baby in July, recorded her first video message to mark Children’s Hospice Week.
In it she said: “They provide lifelines to families at a time of unimaginable pain. The support they give is vital. In order to carry out this wonderful work, they need our support.”
Keech boss Mike Keel said: “It’s great that the Duchess is promoting the importance of children’s hospices.”
