Learn to identify back pain signs

If you’d like to know more, come to Luton’s Chiltern Hotel on Tuesday (March 28) between 6pm and 8pm when rheumatology experts from the Luton & Dunstable Hospital will be on hand to help.

They’ll be raising awareness of back pain and explaining how they’re developing the service to improve patient care for those with infammatory back pain.

Drs Marian Chan and Tanya Baqai will be promoting the message that while it’s important to keep moving and exercising to help symptoms, it’s equally important to identify if there’s maybe something more going on and seek help from your GP.
