Lights out trial at busy junction
TRAFFIC lights at one of Luton’s most congested junctions have been turned off to see if traffic flow improves.
Long queues regularly build up at the roundabout at the junction of Chaul End Road, Dunstable Road and Oakley Road at peak times.A spokesman for Luton Borough Council said the trial would continue into 2012.
