Eggs bring smiles to children’s ward

By taking part in the Herald&Post’s annual Eggstravaganza advertising feature, local businesses helped fund the purchase of a big clutch of eggs for the children’s ward at the hospital.

The firms that took part were: Mica Home Centre, Taylor Walton, Victoria’s Kitchen, Motorkeys, Garage Door Solutions, Alanka, The English School of Falconry and Slip End Garages.

And they were certainly well received when Herald&Post staff took them along to youngsters on the ward.

Herald&Post features sales manager Chloe Feeley said: “We’d like to say a big thank you to all of the businesses that took part.”
