The Trust has signed a seven-year lease.

Project lead Dr Helen Donovan, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and professional lead for Bedfordshire & Luton Adult Psychological Therapies, said: “Mountbatten House is a modern site and better suited for patient care.

“It is also more centrally located in Dunstable with better access to public transport and nearby public parking.

“We are delighted to have secured a base of our own for our staff and service users.

"We would also like to thank the DRC for having been fantastic a landlord and supporter of our work.”

Following the move, services can continue to be contacted via existing telephone numbers and email addresses.

ELFT provides NHS mental health and community health services in Bedfordshire.
