Recognition for Luton Samaritans
Luton, South Beds and Harpenden Samaritans’ director Ian Franks said: “It was an excellent experience and we were treated like royalty. It also says volumes about our organisation and our four volunteers – Liz Ryan, Marilyn Gearing, Alan Davies and Tom Gillon – who’ve each served our community for more than 40 years.”
He added: “We were given a splendid tea before listening to debates on both sides of the house.
