Matt Corder lifted home a rebound following a thunderbolt drive into the middle of the goal and, having twice already drawn 3-3, Town refused to let up with top goalscorer Bryn Owen adding a fourth before half time.

Rickmansworth pressed for the first 10 minutes of the second half but then ran out of steam as Sarrington netted Town’s fifth via a quick counter.
