Traffic cops are on the box
THE boys and girls in blue became stars of the small screen last week as BBC primetime show Traffic Cops focused on Luton and Dunstable.
The show followed a group of officers from the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Roads Policing Unit over several months last summer as they tackled drink drivers, car thieves and a group of youths who attacked a lone officer when he discovered them burgling a fire-damaged pub.
