A 41-year-old man and a teenage boy have been charged in connection with a burglary in Houghton Regis on Sunday evening (November 26).

Stephen Rayson, 41, of Evans Close, Houghton Regis, has been charged with burglary and attempted grievous bodily harm.

A 17-year-old boy from Houghton Regis has also been charged with burglary and attempted grievous bodily harm, along with additional charges of theft and assault by beating.

Both have been bailed with conditions, pending a court hearing on December 11.
