Unique musical mix for circus show

Luton Sixth Form Brass Ensemble will be appearing with Circa Tsuica at the Hat Factory next year

They’ll be appearing in Opus 7, the fifth show from Circus Evolution, an Arts Council initiative to ensure contemporary circus performances reach a wide range of audiences across England.

Spokesperson Rachel Clare said: “Opus 7 is ideal because it offers humour and spectacle, acrobatic and musical skill and the opportunity for local musicians to work with French artists and perform with them at some of the country’s most promiment regional venues.

Circa Tsuica’s Camille Secheppet said: “Circa has a playful and spontaneous way which we want to share with the band. We’ll be working on our repertoire and improvising around their particular instruments and skills to create a unique musical mix.”
