AND now for something completely different.

Keech Hospice Care has come up with a novel idea for wedding favours – tickets for the charity’s lottery contained in personalised scrolls.

Loved-up couple Adam and Karolina Dugdale (below) decided they were the perfect answer to the eternal conundrum because the hospice had looked after his beloved Nanna, Sylvia Dowzell.

The Toddington-born groom and his bride said doing something for the hospice on their special day made it even more memorable.

Senior design director Adam, 37, said: “It made us feel that Nanna was there too, standing by our side and smiling.”

> Lottery favours cost £1.50 each (£1 for entry into the draw, plus 50p admin fee) and come in a choice of silver or oyster. Call the team on 01582 497814 and allow up to four weeks for printing.
